Wireless charging tray

So I have been wanting to be able to charge my Nokia Lumia 820 wirelessly in the car for a long time. I used a mini add-a-fuse to supply power running it into the fuse for the daytime lights.

I attached the ground wire to the preexisting Honda ground in front of the gearbox, and routed the wire back to the emergency brake area. You find instructions and nice graphics on how to get the covering off at college hills honda mugen gearbox . I initially tried placing the charging pad underneath the plastic but the distance my phone sat from it was too great to function. I then drilled a 1/4 in hole in the parking brake cover to run the wire through.

Now my phone charges every time I get into the car with no wires and its easy to grab when I'm done. I have not gone around any super tight corners but the bowl shape of the space and the tackiness of the case seems to keep the phone from sliding much at all. Once I get bluetooth installed I will probably add an NFC sticker to open Pandora or Indigo.
