My Bi-xenon kit already failed.
My right light wont transition to brights. The inline fuse was melted. The only fuse we removed in the install was DRL. The ballast on the failed side was hot. I know one thing i heard to do was swap the ballasts. The failed side doesn't click at all when going low/high/low/high. There is a warranty but trying anything b4 i return so i can send the exact problem piece. Damn it looks so good. Again the low beam works.

Amazon.com
Reviews weren't that good. Amazon has an amazing return policy. I always use the customer chat to get my returns processed because that way they are more willing to take back the item. Unless you bought it from some seller on the marketplace, then you'll have to go through them, but even then they're pretty lenient.

If that one fails also, get a refund, and come find me so I can point you to an ebay seller selling good quality kits under $60
