Door power lock not working. Actuator?

I have a 2011 with 50K miles.

My right rear passenger door will not lock or unlock using the key or the lock switch on the driver side door. The actuator makes no noise.

At ~$120 for the part (72610-TF0-J01) I want to make sure it's the actuator. Is there any sort of diagnostic I can do? Can I apply +12V and ground to the actuator (momentarily) and see if it locks? The only issue is I do not know what pins are what on the actuator. The wires on the plug are green, black, yellow, sky blue'ish.

Thank you

Thank you for posting that. Nothing happened when applying +12V and ground so off to order the part.

I would suggest testing the solenoid with an ohm meter. If open (infinite resistance) then replace. If there is resistance, then maybe the solenoid is stuck and you could free it up and grease it instead of replacing it.
