How many miles on your 2009-2013 Fit?

I hit the 175,000 mile mark on my 2009 Fit last week. These are the only problems I have had:

- Bad battery at 20,000 miles. It never stranded us. Dealer replaced for free.

- Belt tensioner was making noise at 100,000 miles and I replaced it. Old tensioner tested fine upon removal. It was probably fine and I was just paranoid because I had just replaced the drive belt.

The only maintenance I have ever done was what the maintenance minder told me to do. All oil changes have been at 10,000+ miles. We have had zero problems other than what has been described above, however the car is definitely slowing down a bit at this point. The MPG has gone down by about 3-5, and it's slower on acceleration. But it's still running strong, and I hope to get another 100k out of it. Love this car!

Wow! Twice the 85,000 miles I had on my '09 when I traded it this past March. No problems with mine at all-just gas, oil, tires and filters for the entire time I had it. I hope (fingers crossed) that my '15 Fit will do as well.

Wow, very good to know. Especially about the oil changes! I am at 5,000 miles after my last oil change and the oil life is still at 50%! I thought there was something wrong but it must be the synthetic oil, right? By the way, I have about 21,000 on mine =P

39K on my '13. It had 33K when I bought it in December. Got a service reminder that just came on last week with 15% life remaining.

Still loving it.

126,000 miles on my 2009 Fit.

Similar to you, I have only performed what the MM told me to do (other than fuel injector cleaning, which I'm 50%-50% sure is a scam).

about 42K on my 2010. Only the recommended maintenance at 30K, plus oil changes when at 10%.

Replaced the tires last Spring. Dealer replaced the carpet in 2011 since there was a hole worn in it near the accelerator. Dealer has been suggesting a battery replacement for the past year- but I have had no problems with it. Will replace when it fails to start.

<3 Love this car!

106k on my 2009. New struts at 75k ( our lovely California highways). Otherwise just regular maintenance.

How is the oil consumption?
What oil did you use?
What kind of driving do you usually do?

54,600+ miles on Jadzia (the 2009), about 22,000 on Fiona (the 2010).

While Fiona is primarily driven around town, she does get to do longer trips now and then. Jadzia is the commuter car: 50-mile round trip between home & office, pretty much entirely on the freeway. When she's not doing that, she gets some around-town driving as well.

Jadzia's mileage total is held down by ridesharing/carpooling with one or two other people who live & work in the same town(s) that I do.

Both of them are getting their maintenance according to the Maintenance Minder schedule, and have had no other issues other than Jadzia's Lost-Motion-Spring recall.

52k miles on my 2012.

I replaced the battery 1k miles back.
Have changed all fluids.

Seems fine, definitely not the most fun car I've ever driven...but it does its job everyday.

At just about 98k on my 2010. Bought it with 77k in September 2013. Only maintenance I've had to do other than oil changes and such was my fit seemed to have 4 stripped wheel studs (the dealer must've over tightened them. ) So those got replaced, then shortly after my rear wheels were making noise and turned out to be both wheel bearings. Love the car and seem hard pressed finding anything that comes close to it as far as replacing it down the road

65K on the 2009 Sport 5MT.
MM oil services and a battery replacement in addition to the LMS Recall. I do my own air filters and other little things that are a rip-off.
I run Mobil1 synthetic and oil changes are done at the 1 year mark due to my commute (10 miles round trip.) Economy has dropped now that I have the 10 mile (including drop-off/pickup of the kid at school - a little idling) instead of the 52 mile commute from my previous job. Was up around 39, now down around 32.

I just passed 103,000 miles on my 2012 Sport A/T. I've been travelling a lot for work the last several years. The only problems I've had were the bearings in the A/C blower motor started going out, so I replaced the blower motor assembly. It sounded like I had a cricket in my dash! The only other problem was the A/C evaporator coil kept freezing up. I used one of the DIY A/C recharge kits to top it off about a week ago and it's working great now. It's been a great car otherwise though and I plan to keep it well past 200,000 miles.
Also, I started using Amsol full synthetic oil at the last oil change and am going to extend the oil change intervals to every 15,000 miles. I also switched to Amsol full synthetic transmission fluid and have done 2 drain and fills so far.

2.5 years of ownership. I have 46k miles. I've done several big drives, the last from Vancouver BC to Melbourne FL. But I have travelled to Ketchikan Alaska, I now live in Florida. The Honda never missed a beat and performed well in all weather From violent rain/tropical storms, blizzard conditions, 118 degree heat across the Mojave Desert. All good!
