are you headlights cloudy at all? Maybe some water is getting in.

 

Just buy bulbs from the dealer they have a 12mo. Warranty - sounds like you'll be in for a new set once a year at honda's expense (install them yourself otherwise they will document the mileage and if you drive more than 12,000 a year you might get screwed)

 

I have a 2012 fit with the same problem. The headlamps fail between 6 months and 1 years time and I have never touched any of the bulbs nor is there any moisture in the assembly. Silverstars are even worse. My guess is shock or vibration is killing them.
