Help! Bagged my Fit now EPS and steering issue

Over the past week I have been converting the stock suspension on 2009 Honda fit to AccuAir management with ViAir compressors. In the beginning stages of taking out stock, I accidentally left the CV axle/wheel assembly hanging on driver front side without support for too long and separated the drive shaft and inner CV joint. Got the axle reseated and back in. Put in the struts, attached everything. All is good with the air management and compressors but something has happened that has caused EPS light to come on, steering is stiff and sticks, and there is a rubbing/clicking kind of noise when I turn (even if the bags are full and with plenty of clearance). thoughts??

ABS was disconnected at beginning of process. First time on ground when testing the bags and turning car on I failed to reconnect. It of course is connected now. Would this need to be reset?

Going to try this. Unsure if error came when testing bags before connecting abs back. Didn't drive it then. Will post in a few on result.

Unhooked battery while I tightened the strut towers. Rubbing noise is gone by tightening those. But still have no power steering and still like a clicking noise when turning (mainly when I turn left)

Had an obd ran and getting code U0131: Lost Communication with Power Steering Control Module. Doing research now, but still not sure where the issue may be.

There is a warranty extension (mention bulletin # 14-058, or you had a letter from Honda but can't find it right now) that covers the repair of only two certain codes in the electric power steering system up to 10 years/150,000 miles.

Talk to your Honda dealership service department, have them check your VIN to see if it is in the affected covered group of vehicles, and have them see if that's the problem with your car.
