Replacement 'drainage' cover for bumper?

The rear bumper of my 2013 Fit is missing the circular cover that hides what appears to be a drainage hole:

Rear bumper

This is the same type of cover which is on the front bumper:

Front bumper

Can a replacement cover be purchased?

This may be it but it's called a towing hook cover.

Ben's got it covered (no pun intended). That is the threaded connector for the tow hook, not a drainage hole. Before ordering a cover, check to see if by chance you have one in the spare tire compartment with the screw eye/tow hook that just never got put back on.

Thanks, everyone! I neglected to mention that about a month ago the cover became detached but remained hanging off the bumper via a short plastic string. I tried to place the cover back on the towing hook hole but it kept falling off. (The vehicle was purchased used from a dealer last fall.) About two weeks ago, the cover and string disappeared altogether; I'm guessing someone pulled it off.

I don't see any damage to the bumper or to the towing hook hole that would have caused the cover to fall off. If I purchase a replacement cover, I'm wondering what will prevent it from falling off.

The cover has a couple little plastic prongs/clips that snap into the notches at the top and bottom of the hole in the bumper cover. I'd guess that your original cover had one or both of these worn or broken off. Mine stay in position quite well. It doesn't look from your picture like the bumper cover is mutilated at these notches, at least as best as can be made out in the small size.

Is it possible to get a hook to screw in there? That could be used to tie down a kayak's bow and stern.

Sure.
Just get the hook out of the jack tool kit, screw it in.

Be aware that the roof of the 2013 Fit dents really easily.

Thanks! Here's a closeup of the bumper cover:

I'm guessing it would have no problem keeping a replacement cover fastened.

Now I'm wondering if the original owner had to have the vehicle towed!
