We own a 2009 Honda Fit base that we're going to have a few more years (it's running great). I just replaced the stock radio with a touchscreen display that supports a reverse camera (among other things).

My question is, does the 2009 Fit support such add-ons so that when I put the gear into reverse it will trigger the camera or is this going to require some other modification beyond a simple wire hookup and camera add-on?

If anyone has any input on models to choose, that would also be helpful as the choices seem overwhelming. Running the wiring seems fairly simple. I just did a nearly identical run for the Sirius antenna.
