Low mileage '09 Fit Sport -- maintenance question

My wife loves her '09 Fit Sport Auto
-- we've had it close to 10 years now (bought in Sept '08).

The mileage is still < 40k. She commutes through the city, so that might add to the wear and tear.

We've had the oil changed the oil once/year, and have done the obvious age-related maintenance things, e.g.:

Battery
Tires
Brakes
Filters
Other fluids (transmission, cooling)

As our dealer gives us a good price on oil changes (never paid > $20 for maintenance minder A), I've always assumed their inspection would catch major issues.

As we're coming up on 10 years, I'm wondering whether we need any other maintenance, e.g. tuneup, serpentine belt, valve adjustments.

tuneup, valve adjustments
Plugs are unaffected by time. I'd do these based on mileage only (or hours). Same for valve adjust, but the manual kinda implies to do it "if they are noisy" and that rarely happens.

serpentine belt,
Regular inspection, supposed to be checked at every oil change along with the rest of the general visual checkover.

Any cracking in the toothed side of the belt?

Brake fluid flush done? (manual says every 3 years)

rubber parts do wear with age; of the suggestions above, I'd think hard about replacing the serpentine belt at/before the clock strikes 2019. I just took out my OEM belt as it is a 2007 with 140,000 miles on it. If it snaps while you are in a car-crowded location, it could become a life or death situation. The other things people ignore are tires. If there are still under 40,000 miles, are these still the original tires? Your post seems to indicate that you had them replaced already. The date stamp (month/year) on the sidewall is a good indicator of when tires should be replaced regardless of mileage on them.

Thanks for the tips! I need to double check the last time we had the brake fluid flushed -- probably with the last brake change, but I need to check when that was.

Tires -- those were replaced as soon as I saw cracking in the treads, about 2 years ago.

Serpentine belt. I didn't think about that! Sounds analogous to the timing belt that was in my previous '02 Honda Civic (now traded in). Something to ask at the next oil change at the dealer (I think the Fit is at 20% now, so that should happen soon.)

probably with the last brake change
Don't assume that it was done unless it was specifically stated as such.

Brake fluid flush not a normal part of a routine "brake job" for most shops/mechanics.
