New Clutch Problems (09 Fit Sport)

OK, quick background. A while ago my car stopped going into gear. Tried changing the slave cylinder first, that didn't solve the problem. I was working away from home for a while and didn't have time to deal with it so I got it towed to a shop. They assessed it and recommended a new master cylinder. Got that put in and that didn't solve the issue so they recommended a new clutch. Didn't want to give them any more money so decided to do it myself.

Now, a few months down the road, I finally got around to it. Put in a new Exedy clutch, pressure plate, pilot and throw out bearing and new transmission fluid. Didn't get the flywheel resurfaced. Bled the clutch and had good pedal pressure and spring back. Moved off in 1st and all seemed well. Shifted to 2nd and was fine. Was in a parking lot so I couldn't go much faster. Drove for maybe a quarter mile and completely lost all drive.
The car won't move off in 1st. It grinds in reverse but doesn't go anywhere. I can actually slot it into gears with the engine idling without needing the clutch and it doesn't grind or stall or do anything. I did notice that in neutral it the speedometer was reading something like just under 10mph and the mpg was functioning like if the vehicle was moving.
Any idea what's going on? Gear linkage? Axles not put back in properly? Flywheel? I'm stumped.
