A tint really transforms SSM. Best color to go with a dark tint on imo.

hayden is right. Yours looks real good. I just might go back and have my guy tint the front - I went 35% on the rear five w/ a 5% windscreen strip.

No it's not legal. I think the legal is 35% in Indiana.

wow you can't tint drivers and front passengers windows here...I went darkest you can legally go on the sides and 10% lighter on the hatch glass. Helps with backing up at night!

Hey guys I may have my numbers mixed up. It's lighter tint on the front and darker on the rear. This is the first time I've ever had tint so it's all new to me. Anyway the guy at the tint shop put a digital meter on the fronts and showed me the reading. Then showed me what was legal and they matched. I assume he knows his stuff. He does a lot of law enforcement vehicles. At any rate, I think it looks cool. Thanks guys for the feedback!

I just had my Fit tinted on
Friday. I was told by my shop
that allowable tint in Indiana
is 30% sides and rear, so that
is what I had done. Double check
with another shop on what is
allowable in Indiana.

Looks good. Luckly they are pretty relaxed about tint around here. My back 5 windows are 18%, 2 sides are 28% and entire windshield is 40%.I love it!!!

Looks good, but I hate tinted windows in the front...it's such a safety hazard because other drivers can't see you at all, and a lot of the times that gives off signals as to what drivers are thinking about doing on the road. It's also not legal in most parts if not all of Canada (to the best of my knowledge anyways) to have front windows tinted, though some people still do it anyways!

I had mine tinted last month, and during this hottest summer ever in Atlanta, I can now say with confidence that tinting makes a significant difference in interior comfort. Once the car has cooled down, #1 fan speed is sufficient to keep it comfortable up to 90 degrees; #2 for higher temps.
