Thinking about just re-tinting the back part of the car, is this a good price?

Thinking about just re-tinting the back part of the car, is this a good price?

Tint is 1 year old
I got quoted, 90 dollars to just do the 4 windows in the back, and this is taking off the old tint as well.

the same place quoted me 120 dollars for the 4 back windows and rear window, to take off and put on new tint.

right now, i currently have 35% all around, but it feels like theres no tint at all on it, I am prety sure the tint rules in this state is only 35% all around on cars, but I wanted to do the mini-van style tint, so perhaps I won't get pulled over,

Do you guys think its a good idea?

Instead of going darker, if heat is the issue, perhaps look for a higher quality tint that reflects more infrared light. Not all window tints are the same.

are you sure you have 35% tint? it should already be pretty dark! as it represents the percentage of light that passes through... but if you're going to go darker, you should go from light to dark... not light-dark-light... so IMO the darkest you want is the hatch window

yeah i have 35% according to the guy that did it, he said 20% will look like what SUV's and Vans have on it.

the thing is, you can tell i have window tint only if its in the evening OR my car is next to a car with absolutely no tint at all, but next to a car with 20% it feels like i have no tint at all.
