Alright guys maybe I'm just having a hard time finding it but Im really surprised theirs not one intake option out yet, iv been emailing multiple companies to see if anything is coming out but nada, any of you guys have luck on anything yet? I might try utilizing the stock airbox and modifying it though...

 

It's a brand new vehicle design.

This creates a waiting game. There aren't many customers for parts like this yet and it costs money to design and produce them. Most of the aftermarket is waiting for one of their peers to invest the money in designing a part. Then they will have something to copy and perhaps improve on. It's a situation where it is better to be second (or third) to market than first.

 

Right I can agree to that, guess I was used to so many parts for my gd that I didn't have this problem, but like ya said it's a waiting game, I'm seeing plenty of exterior stuff but anything engine wise is slow to going, the gk has so much potential

 

It took a long time for the GE version to get much aftermarket stuff. Face it, these are not hot rods, and the market for such stuff on GK's is small. Most owners leave them alone.

 

YES! There's a prototype of one I saw a pic of. What company, I am not allowed to say and I can't give ANY details of it (I promised to keep quiet). It's coming!

I'm only saying enough to get the enthusiasm and the 'juices flowing'. That's all for now.

Oh, no I haven't ordered anything. Just waiting for things to be available to order I meant. Especially seeing things on Yahoo Auctions Japan or Minkara. I'm trying to avoid putting cheap Ebay parts on my car so waiting for the good stuff is hard.
