New Products: Bisimoto

As many of you already know, my last attempts at sourcing companies to produce quality goods failed miserably with Neukin manifolds.
I can guess we all are Honda Fit enthusiests, and nothing excites me more than discovering new parts that actually Rock. It still is very difficult to stimulate some of these companies into providing R & D for our engine, or at least for certain parts.

- Bisimoto has agreed to take a group order for:

-Head Gaskets ($113 @ any thickness, any overbore, to you in 3 days)
-Intake Thermal Gasket ($TBA)
-Camshaft (1., 2.)
1. Camshaft sent in, regrind, re-engineered, way better, sent back in 1 week...~$229)
2. Bisimoto buys billet shafts from Japan, re-engineers them, sends to you, stronger, lighter, better...~$349)

*Head gaskets require at least (10) requests by enthusiasts
*Intake (TBA)
*Camshafts
1. Requires (5) requests
2. Requires (50) requests

I'm just trying to find new and exciting parts designed to make the L-series make more power. Bisi's D16 puts out over 700whp....thanks greatly to their Camshaft design, they specialize in SOHC!

Please leave feedback.....

so for $349 he sends you a whole new cam shaft ready to install? sounds amazing, read his turbo cam shoot out for the d16 in the super street honda addition, all the other cams were producing 330-336whp blox, zex and there might have been 1-2 more companies...installed bisi's and it jumped to 370 i believe the gain was outragous

I'm stoked you guys know he's the SHIT with SOHC!!!!

Bisi totally wants to do something for the L15A, they said currently they don't have anything for the engine, but they wouldn't mind being the first and finest with our engine. Yes, the prices are loosely accurate, that might change (lower) if we meet the minimum numbers for them to start development....and the R & D, tuning, whatever the hell they do is a really fast turn around.
I've read a couple articles on his builds....this guy REALLY knows his shit. So, I'm keeping count of how many direct replies I get, I really would love a new cam....totally go for that sloppy idle....and the ass load power increase!!!
-If we get enough people to do (1.), then Bisi might just purchase a blank billet shaft, machine, and use it as the model so we don't have any down time. They said they totally understand most, or at least some of us have jobs, go to school, or have families...they have awesome customer service...and I spoke to an Engineer!!!
(1) Would be completely reengineered from the ground up, the BISI way! Sent back around a week...ready to tear ass!
-Hopefully, if we get the numbers, this will be a SELECT batch of performance products that we have the privilege of owning...can't get much better than this

As for Wave and anyone else running F/I, The Cam-regrind/Billet Cam options, Head Gaskets, Intake Thermal Gasket, Throttle Body Thermal Gasket still remain an option.
-I plan on asking if they would make a block blade for the L15A....then we could easily push 10k RPM's safely....under boost with that sick cam!

But in all reality, I think the +75 degree drop with all the thermal gaskets in place and an I/C system with no leaks, the cam (doesn't matter which option), and the head gasket would seriously increase power. I wouldn't mind seeing the L15A creep up towards that D16Z motor bisi tuned...
