Remote Start on EX Models?

Hello,

Might be a dumb question, but will the EX 2015 models come with a remote start? I live in Chicago and having that is almost a necessity.

It's a $400 option.
You can see it under "build your fit" -- "accessories" -- "electronics"

However, it's for the automatic transmission version only... not manual transmission.

If you want it for M/T, you'll need to get an aftermarket unit.

I have read that most people like the aftermarket remote starts better than the Honda ones. From what I read the Honda Remote starts do not have much range and when you open the door, it automatically kills the motor.

Thanks for all the responses guys. Hmmm if that's the case I might get an aftermarket one then. Do you know what's the average price to get one of those installed compared to Hondas?
