Opinions on Warning Stickers on Visors?

Those really ugly warning stickers on the sun visor of the new Fit. Can you take them off without leaving a huge mark? Are they worth taking off for you? If so, what is the best way to go about getting them off?

Maybe I'll get used to them, but they are really a big eye sore to me in an otherwise nice looking interior.

I hate them too. I tried a little to take them off but stopped so as not to make a mess. It's almost like they need to be painted over.

I've heard rubbing alcohol or finger nail polish remover could be helpful to get them off visors on certain cars. I was hoping someone here could have already been the guinea pig for me, so I don't make a mess and just make it look worse.

be careful with rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover, they are both solvents which would be ok to use on glass but if using on leather, cloth, or vinyl they could cause damage.

haha. Guess I'm going to wait and see if anyone else does this successfully and can give me a step-by-step how-to. My only other car up til this point was a 2001 and didn't have those warning stickers. Maybe since they are just the norm in all cars now, people are able to get used to them, look past them and not care. They are just personally a thorn in my eye every time I look at them at this point though!

I removed them from my BMW way back in 2002 when I took delivery of that car, but I have not bothered with the Fit. I taped around the decal to mask off the visor then used cotton balls to apply Goof Off, a solvent. I worked it with a toothbrush and eventually the decal came off. Once it was off I removed the tape and cleaned the visor with soap and water.

I am particularly leery of following any "how-tos" found online because I cannot be sure the visor is made out of the same material at the '15 Fit, or if the sticker is even stuck on the visor in the same manner.

I just removed my driver's side warning label using a terry cloth and some rubbing alcohol. Lots of elbow grease. Friction is your friend. You will sweat.
There are three soft spots under the label that are likely recessed holes that screws go into which have been covered over by the visor material. Those little circular areas are difficult to remove the label from. But with enough time, it can be done. Keep a clean rag (when the sticker residue comes off onto the cloth, use a new clean spot on rag) as to keep the friction high when rubbing this label off.
It took me about a half hour to get the driver side off just using this technique. There may be a quicker way, but this works.
