I can see that narrow armrest/console cover wearing very quickly. What we need is a cover for it. I don't think there's enough room under the edge for it to extend below the lid, but it could wrap around the side with some elastic - maybe.

 

Is there an aftermarket armrest for the 2015? I find this is the first Honda that I've looked at ( not purchased yet) that has uneven heights between the door and console armrests. Thanks in advance.

 

I like the console, with the armrest and storage. I've been listening to my iPod though the USB connection in there.

 

I know, completely ridiculous. I knew immediately that I would have to get a new armrest when I bought the car. I need to lean. But I'm going to wait it out and see if one pops up in a few months.

 

The Chinese after market has started producing new arm rests, this is one of several available. Mixed reviews on Aliexpress service but general view seems to be that it is worth the gamble.

That's quite a unit for the price, but it's for a 2014. I'm going to try to find a protective cover of some kind.
