What's strange is that in the 70F range it genuinely feels like the a/c is working, albeit a little weak.

UPDATE: I took it into the dealership this morning. Apparently a recharge is all it needed. It was covered under warranty. Since its at 26k miles and I bought it used at about 20k miles, I can only guess that it came out of the factory undercharged and the previous owner loved to blast the a/c.
