Question MM and sensor temperature add on?

Hello all =D

I my honda fit did not come with sensor temperature or mind minder. The brochure said it had it but it did not. The honda dealer said it was not his problem so I might be suing honda dealer and honda mexico. It is possible to be added just by wiring something?

Also what does maintenance minder means? Does someone has a source from honda saying what it means? According to youtube video from honda says it the it will indicate the oil life(as many of you have). But the dealer said that was subjective and in fact that it means that it just remind you whenever something is wrong with the car(according to honda dealer).

Maintenance Minder keeps track of some (which?) conditions of use and, based on that, pops up codes telling when to have what routine maintenance tasks performed. Like oil change, air filter change, etc.

From a US owner's manual:

"If the engine oil life is less than 15%, you will see the Maintenance Minder messages
appear on the information display every time you turn the ignition switch to ON. The messages notify you when to change the engine oil, or when to bring your
vehicle to a dealer for indicated maintenance services."

I found this. According to my brochure it says "indicador de mantenimiento" Which translates into maintenance minder. But it does not display the oil percentage neither the code due service. So i do not know if they are going to do with that.

How can I know the code due serive? Is there any way?
