Car Play
No. Unfortunately not.
There is the option of Honda Link which requires a $50+ USB/HDMI adapter but it allows you to do little more than you can naturally via Bluetooth excepting the use of Honda's $50 navigation app to be seen on the in-dash touchscreen.

It was promised by Honda, but never implemented (was one of the reasons I chose the Fit). Other makes are starting to offer flash updates to support CarPlay on models going back to 2014… hoping Honda follows through (eventually).

When I took my '16 LX to a dealer for its first oil change recently, I was talking to the service writer and we had a conversation regarding the new '16 Civics that have Android auto and carplay. He intimated that a bunch of these were coming back with connectivity issues, and that the problem was greater with carplay (Apple) because Apple is not so forthcoming working with outside manufacturers than the open source Android platform. Mind you, this is all anecdotal, but it's what he said where the problems were.
