Squeaking noise from right side

Now that the weather is nice, I've been driving with the windows down. The urge to soak in the warmth has revealed a squeaking noise coming from the right side on my 2016 LX. With the windows up, I can't hear anything, but with the passenger side down, I can hear a slight, constant squeaking noise reflected off the curb and parked cars. It increases with speed, so it's not the engine. I'm sure it's nothing too major, but should I take the car in?

Since you've got the LX model, check to make sure your hubcap isn't causing the noise. What you're describing is what occurred with my Tacoma hubcap and also on my mom's Altima. The caps were securely on the rims but nevertheless made the same squeaking noises you are talking about. Had to replace both caps because the squeaking was so irritating. Remove the cap and see if the noise goes away. Otherwise take it to the dealer - they should resolve it pretty quick.

on an open 55mph road, stomp on the brakes until down to 15mph, accelerate back to normal speed and see if that noise continues. sounds like ur pad is dragging.

Would anything be rubbing against it to make noise? I'm just trying to think where it would come from.

I really don't know. All I know is you and I had the same noise coming from the same area of the car and my noise issue was resolved when I removed the hubcap.

You could take it in to the dealer. And since it is a constant noise, they'll isolate it in no time. While you're there, you can check out all the Honda gear in the parts dept.
