Anybody play with ECU resets, tunes, or tuning?

I have a 2015 6-spd manual Fit LX that is a bit slow to get up to 3rd gear speeds. I am considering talking to the dealer I bought the car at about resetting the ECU or whether or not they sell a performance ECU or tune. My thoughts behind the reset is that I might have negatively affected the self-learning aspect of the ECU as this was the vehicle I learned to drive a manual transmission on and wasn't very great in the beginning.

Does anybody have any thoughts, experiences, or recommendations?

use an obd scanner and reset it, or just unplug the battery and plug it back in....

the ecu will constantly relearn to ur driving habits. if you wot several times in a row the car will wake up from its fuel economy mode.. but heat soak can also slow it down.. lol
