Backup Cam Stopped Working

I brought my ‘15 EX to Midas on Friday for a 1A service and front brakes. When I picked it up, the backup camera wasn’t working. I get the directional lines and buttons to change the lens perspective but, other than that, the screen is black.

Any ideas? I’ve driven the car a few times over the weekend and the screen is still black. I’ll bring it back to Midas but was hoping you guys might be able to show me an easy fix! My guess is they disconnected the battery as part of a multi-point inspection and maybe that has something to do with it?

Thanks!!!

Did you check to make sure that the camera is actually still in place and oriented properly and the lens is clean and not covered in dirt or grease or something?

Yep, no dice there. I was even wondering if the camera itself got removed, but all looks to be good there.
