I have considered doing the same thing to the rear tailgate garnish. A 'red chrome' look. What did you end up using? Looks like red chrome vinyl wrap.

*Edit* nevermind. Didn't scroll up enough. Now I see you talking about vinyl wrapping.

Installed an EZLip Pro today. It’s just a foam piece with 3M tape. A fancy version of the garage sealer lip of days gone by. My only tips are to do it while it’s hot out or have a hair dryer, and to pre shape it a bit to see if it will conform to your shape. For the 2018 front bumper there’s no way to follow the outcropping by the fog lights without putting weird angles in the lip. I elected to run straight under them to the radius of the bumper.

I also recommend sharp scissors. I’m going to have to trim the ends again with an exacto knife since my scissors sucked. Overall, I like the look. We will see how it holds up, but for $45 on eBay I definitely am happy.

Been away for a while enjoying summer, came back to see what's up! Looks great buddy! Liking the latest photos. The EZ lip completes your kit very subtly and tastefully - really matches the side skirts. Quite like the wrap as well, unique (though nicely references Spoon's Fit) and done well.

Also, really excited to see the Morimoto Xb LED headlights. Curious how they'll actually look on the car.

Thumbs up Love love love

Dude i love your car, i like everything you have done thus far - the ez-lip looks great but i bet it gets beat up really easily - i've alway said an ez-lip never belongs on upper end car but it's perfect for commuters like ours

also the "23" decal on the front license plate is for???

Yeaaaaaa, the ez-lip is already gone. User error or just not enough pressure, who knows, but it was dangling from near the front wheel wells on both sides after a solid rain. The center portions were holding strong, and i had even bottomed the front lip out onto some pavement and it survived.

I'm looking at trying the All-Fit Lip Kit, but may just wait until spring to start playing around with that again.

The 23 decal is the county code, every Ohio plate will have a number decal for what county the car is registered in.

Thanks to everyone with the kind words, it's nice to have it appreciated. Most people I know just laugh because it's a fit! I'm happy every time i see her though!

IN UTAH we don't have decals on the front plate, and we can only license a car for a single year so this year you'd get a "19" decal when you "renew" and it would go on the back plate (we (Utah) stopped county decals about 10 years ago but they also went on the back plate) I thought maybe in another state if you buy a new car you might be able to push out the registration further?! apparently not.

Got my shipment notification from the retrofit source. Headlights are scheduled to be here Monday. Super excited to check them out. I’ll post plenty of pics, but probably won’t have time to install until next weekend.

Nice, looking forward to seeing the result. Saw a few of the videos on the Coplus Youtube a few months ago and noticed the lights are the same. Interested to see them on a simpler/cleaner Fit, since most of the videos have busy full Mugen and J's bumpers with fog lights, decals, etc.

Surprised no one said anything yet. I’m not 100% sold on the triple DRL bit (might grow on me), but other than that, they look really great. Big improvement over stock, especially dig the turn signal on these, and the fact that they’re black-outs…something I don’t enjoy about the USDM lights.

I dig these too. I did see Helios mention a few woes/flaws that resulted in a warranty claim(s). Eager to see his outcome on that situation

Been gone for a while. Just cruising and enjoying life with a now 7 month old!

With that in mind, needed wheels for next winter to put winter tires on. Only makes sense to go ahead and get fresh wheels for the summer, right? Luckily, my lovely wife agreed and after many nights of googling and searching and pricing.... I got HFP wheels. Just kept circling back to them and they really pop in person. There is flake in the paint and the angles really make the gloss pop in the sun. Anyway, here’s a quick pic at the tire shop.

Plan to post more after she gets her first hand wash of the season this weekend.
