How to replace/install radiator support bar?

As title, anyone have idea? Could not find much information from internet or regular repair manual.
Part# 04603TK6A00ZZ

Very sad now, hit some big/long mental and wood block on highway, right front bottom was trashed. I believe at least right fender assembly ( the plastic piece around tires ), engine splash guard , and this piece holding the radiator need to be replace. Bumper cover has long crash at front right bottom, but not critical.
Overall I am still lucky since the broken bar did not damage the tire due to isolated by the fender assembly ( when I turn left, they are all contact to each other ) and crash the car.
Ok, Is it possible to I install the bar myself? Is it just screw or need to soldered? Where it screw to? I guess I need to remove or at lease loose the radiator!!

Thx for any information and suggestions

Take your car to Bay Auto Body in the neighboring town of Concord and the owner Todd there will provide a free estimate and will answer your questions about how to install the radiator support.

Since the part isn't one that would have to be removed for any other reason, there's no repair procedure in the Bishko manual. based on surrounding chassis components I can approximate the torque spec for it's bolts to be around 16ft.lbs. That's assuming the bolts are M8s and there's no significant load upon said brace (haven't ever looked straight at it). that's based on specs for the crossmember which I'll upload. If that number seems high to you, it may be. You'll have to use discretion. for perspective, I believe the torque for the metal under-cowl that sits above the engine is 12 ft.lbs. It supports the wiper motor, *kinda*, but essentially has no load on it. for said component I feel comfortable below that torque rating at 10ft.lbs or even "firm" with a 1/4" drive ratchet. Being that this part is a cross-member, even though it isn't THE crossmember, an improper torque may yield a squeak, the result of a flexing/shifting chassis. Honda would likely be able to provide you with the proper torque value via component print-out/

Now, if you look at it and say "I need the bumper off, and the under-cowl" or "I don't think I can replace this without removing the radiator" I can give you those no problem. In fact!
They're attached. Now again, It'll be up to you to decide how to handle this. If you feel that you cant properly support the radiator while performing the procedure, then it would be best to pull it, which would require draining your cooling system.

Thanks a lot for the reply, 56chevydan and Pyts. It's good to know a good shop around me and thanks for the very useful diagrams.

I have been super busy and my backup/weekend car also give up AC on me last week, totally overwhelmed and no mood to post the update. Sorry about that.

Anyway, I removed the bumper cover, use some tool to twist the crashed portion so it won't scratch the tire.
Although have not get a chance to do the estimation, but i guess it won't be cheap to replace the support bar.
Since this car has been around 130k, i decided only to fix the fender liner.

Thanks all!!
