Is my fuel gauge glitching out or does this mean something?

Turned on my 2015 EX today to find this. The orange wrench light also appeared with it, but only on this screen. If I cycle through to trip A, trip B etc, the wrench light disappears. It only seems to want to come on when I am on this screen.

Has anyone else had this happen? What does it mean (if anything)?

I think it means it's time to change your oil.

The “wrench” light starts to appear when you hit “15%” oil life remaining. This means the oil is due to be changed soon.

Since I don’t like being nagged by warning lights I change my oil when I get to 20%. Since I drive like the old man I am, that comes up about every 10,000 miles.

That tells you what work needs to be done at your service. I don't have the manual in front of me, but the chart can be found in it.
