where are you going?

 

I was in Scotts Valley for the weekend. Went up to Milpitas/San Jose too

 

we need to get our section up and going. its like a damn ghost town and whats sad is there are a bunch of us here lol.

post up and the more interest shown more likely to be able to get a once a month mini meet or bi-weekly. (:

 

Well, I'll be interested in getting some advice from other Bay Area folks and getting to see what they've done to their Fits. I'll be frequenting this topic.

Yeah no joke, I had no idea there were so many modded fits around here. they keep popping up like wack-a-moles. Got to meet just a handful of them today and I know theres another 20-30 more that just dont post very often or show up to meets very often either. We could have a pretty active thread and meets if people were on here more often and willing to make some time.

I probably want to meet-up with anyone that has installed the center armrest console. I'm thinking that it would be good for long drives but I'm also concerned about mixed opinions on how comfortable it is ... or isn't.

I guess I may also need a recommendation for someone to install window tinting, although I hear a lot about Omega Werks in Pleasanton.

 

i dont have one personally but i rode in a friend of a friends fit who had it in la, its comfy to have. for sure it shits on the oem arm rest attached to the seat lol. waste of money for that seat like that.

I read up on your post and I think I got the SunTek tinting done. It was maybe a good half year ago so I can't confirm if it was SunTek or not lol, but the name sounds really familiar. A family member referred me to someone he knows in SF near Candlestick Park and he does a pretty good job. Send me a PM and I'll try to get the guy's information from my cousin.

The armrest, alarm, floormats are really up to you. If you want Honda Care for the peace of mind, I would recommend it if you can get a good deal. If you plan to keep it for a long time, it's nice to have in case stuff does happen for the worst. Not all cars are equal

We should get another mini meet for sure. I know the Bay has some modded Fits. My work schedules make it difficult to join meets, but I do have the Sunday before Labor Day.

 

thats pretty short notice but if we can get a little interest and more than few people to meet up i dont see why not.

 

I have to work that Sunday but that Saturday the 3rd is open.
