i wanna put my stock h's back on my car so how would that work out??

the front one i know wont fit 100% since i sanded the base.

but the rear is the one i'm puzzled about how would i go on putting the stock h's back on?

 

For the rear you might be able to cut thin strips of 2 sided tape. But I would just buy a new one with the pegs. They are pretty cheap I think.
