2013 Honda Fit, feels heavy. Ideas?

Just got a 2013 Honda Fit Sport, M/T. I'm thinking the e-brake is not fully disengaging as some mornings the car feels noticeably heavy and doesn't coast/glide as well under acceleration.

Anyone have this issue?

No, but when you smoke the pads and melt the wheel cylinder seals it will be to late. Jack it up and see if they roll.

Yes, my e-brake cable got water in it once and the next winter it would freeze up and lock the rear brakes. A new cable fixed the problem.
