My fit sport just turned 150k kms just want to know what maintenance do i need besides oil change and brakes?

 

You are getting very close to a spark plug change + valve clearance adjustment, which is recommended around 100 K miles (160 K km). Otherwise you will likely experience poor fuel economy, slow acceleration, rough idle, misfires, louder engine, etc.

What about transmission fluid changes, when did you last change it? And do you have ATM or MT?

I think you might be also due for a coolant fluid change.

And also a brake fluid change (every 3 years).

What about the air filters, engine and cabin ? Those should also be changed every 1-3 years, depending on driving environment.
