Exclamation Just turned turbo

Que's la que? What's up guys? Just made my car turbo about 3 weeks ago with 4psi, I'm trying to find out how much cc are the factory injectors and I'd also like to know if I should change them. But, I'm planning on staying with 4psi so would it be necessary to change them anyway?

If you're staying at 4psi then I don't think you'd have to change them. If you wanted higher boost, say 8-10psi, then I think you'd have to change them. I'm not totally sure so someone correct me if I'm wrong.

the t1r turbo kit comes with injectors and its running 6psi. i dont think you need new injectors but it will help with fuel delivery.

I think someone posted the factory injector size before but I can't find it, if I recall it was 190cc though.

Can you post some pictures of your setup?
What did you use for a manifold?
How are you adding fuel?

Um..I dont know how to post pics. Let's see, we made a custom manifold (simple design) just 4 elbows connected from one side to the other. the turbine is just below it (if u look str8 at the engine as if u had opened the hood) the downpipe shell is to the right and the intake shell to the left. the intercooler pipes go from the throttle to the left side of the intercooler (through the same hole you would use for a cold air intake) and the right side goes through the hole below it. it's like this so that the piping will be just as long on both sides. It goes to the back of the engine and goes str8 down to the turbine. the wastegate has a short 90 degree pipe that goes to the left. Inside i have a pyrometer and a boost meter. the rest is stock, but I have an emanage blue that is w8ing for installment. It's allot of details, but if you read carefully and go through the details you'll understand.

Check page 5 of the Kraftwerks Thread 2.0. Oscar J said that RC tested them at about 180 cc.

Guys 4 psi means nothing. First to know if you need injectors we need to know what turbo you are running.

a GT35R turbo at 4psi can make 300whp where as a t25 turbo at 4 psi will have trouble getting you 125whp.

Um..

it's a to3, but nvm the question cuz I found out 2 days ago that I do need injectors cuz the engine's drying up. It's burning oil and it's not receiving too much gas. Going with 370cc RC. And I'll post some pics when I find out how. If not i'll pm the pictures.
