Yup! Think boost controller for a supercharger.

So... I'm still curious. Anyone heard anything about the new kit? Pulleys? I'm still curious... I wanna see a supercharger kit with power levels on par with a turbo.

i don't think any supercharger can compete with a turbo in terms of peak power. Superchargers are mostly chosen for power delivery (no need to build up boost everytime you hit the gas)

um i belive you are wrong. Their supercharged track car puts out more power with a stock motor than any turbo on the market. Given, it is fully built, but still impressive nontheless...

UPDATE PLEEEEAAAASSEEEE!!!!!!!!!
All this time and we cant even get a date for Hondata??? Please guys....

if you use the same boost level on that track car with a turbo it'll most likely put down more peak power. But like i said before, the supercharger's power delivery won't look like an on/off switch and be more suited for road racing.

what if someone buys a used base kit from someone on the board... is the new owner able to get the free upgrade also (just by sending in the rotrex and supercard)?

but having more peak power doesn't neccesarily mean that the car is faster, or quicker in a race etc.

besides, turbos come in all shapes and sizes, rotrex's are still not that plentiful, and only available through the jacksons in the U.S.

and all the numbers put out on the fit have been done with the smallest rotrex available and only at a few different boost levels. can you imagine what the possiblities can go if we increase size and boost? its as limitless as with a turbo, only more reliable.

i think its safe to say that a rotrex and turbo of similar size make comprable power.

looks like they added the list. still only a few vendors, and none are within close range. ordering from kraftwerks directly seems like its still the best bet.

lol. think about what u say before you post. yes in a turbo supra motor with 80mm turbo it will take some time to build boost. but, fit motor 1.5 t25 turbo= zero boost lag.

As an A/T guy I'll be waiting till they get it all ironed out, not to mention it gives me more time to save up for it

I think they've gotta actually release the "revised" kit before hondata comes in to play.

Nothing but respect for Oscar and the gang, of course. I respect any company bringing aftermarket power-adders to the Fit.

Its just... been a minute since any updates, you know?

This kit never had gave a cel if installed properly. Unless you talking about Chris, in which he had / has no cat, that's why it throws a cel.

I think the people with base kit + injector upgrade some got CEL, and the upgrade was pulled.

you can shut off the cel if your running no cat by running an o2 defouler.
