I have a problem with my s2000 while using the e-manage ultimate, I got delay in reading RPM between the real RPM and the RPM displayed on the e-manage ult, "time lag between both" do you know what could be th reason?

Most the systems I have worked with have a bit of delay. Which version of the emanage ultimate do you have? Have you tried updating the usb drivers on your pc?

ok so im just getting all my parts ready for the t1r kit i have on the way.
what wideband o2 sensor would you guys recommend?
i have a set of colder plugs, boost gauge, oil temp gauge, and an oil cooler on the way too.
anything else that would help?

spend the money and get an innovate lm-1 or lm-2
there is no other wideband on the market that can touch it for accuracy
also you can use the cheap bosch or the expensive ntk sensors with it since you can calibrate it to free air

LM-2 is the newer smaller model...both models use the same driver circuitry for the wideband sensor....cant go wrong with either

systems like the uego use the resistor on the sensor to calibrate...problem is as the sensor ages and breaks down due to use the uego is still going off the original calibration resistor....the innovate wideband system do free air calibration and dont bother to use the resistor...much more accurate over the whole life of the sensor...if you going to go the uego route might as well get a cheap plx system
if you buy innovate your buying the number one wideband tuning solution out there...look into what the innovate widebands can do compared to the uego or plx systems

split second esc1 to control open closed loop crossover and a/f in boost closed loop...
oil pressure gauge....also call t1r and ask if the turbo has a built in oil restrictor....if not honda's run rather high oil pressure and can cause seal problems with the turbo's....oil restrictors are cheap insurance for the seals on the turbo

The T1R kit comes with the turbo, manifold, and oil restrictor already assembled. You probably don't NEED an oil cooler- I don't have one and my oil still never gets *hot* in the cool weather (it can't hurt though). Otherwise, oil pressure and boost are a must.

I've got the AEM UEGO gauge style wideband, and it's been very consistent. My idle and WOT readings are always dead-on-balls consistent.

Definitely get the ESC1. The emanage allows closed loop fuel corrections otherwise, which can cause you to go lean in boost at partial throttle.

A good tune. I've got a basemap (no CEL) that you can use, it should get you pretty close to where you wanna be.

you can do up to 3 times the spring rate in the wastegate safely with a boost controller....just get a good manual boost controller or a good electric boost controller....stay away from electronic programable boost controllers....get one with a simple high low knob like the old greddy profec B or the new greddy profec type s...
the electric boost controllers that have two knobs for setting high and low boost and button to switch between are good for daily driven cars so you can run on the low boost setting and with the push of a button go to high boost when you actually need it
4.5psi daily and 8-9psi when you need it sounds like a fun setup

Is it okay to turn up the boost to 15psi (just as an example) for a short amount of time (when I need to speed up)?
Will that make any horsepowers just by turning up the boost without a tune?
I decided to get the HKS Boost controller, it's pretty decent by the looks of it.

it will make more power...but without tuning it up to 15psi it will be a ticking time bomb...

so does this mean you need to have a high and low boost tune or is there some time of tune that will just adjust as the boost is increased?

15psi is what skunk2 is running. 21psi is death for the l15
