I do think that design could be better for NA cars but to make it, it'll cost more than my design.

Get a turbo!

Have you seen Weapon R's new manifold? It looks like they've got the EGR thing fixed. They cut a channel about 4 mm deep that bridges the EGR to the intake port somehow.

Yes I've seen the new design. But, how much bigger are the runners compared to stock?

The runners look to me to be about 1.75 or 2x as long as the stock ones, and perhaps larger diameter.

The length in the runners are very similar. The plastic part that was taken off my car had runners on those too. I wouldn't say its 1.75x larger, thats impossible. I'm just wondering how much in diameter it is bigger.

Nah gonna keep it polished, and polish the runners. Powder coat the engine cover blue.

I could throw a tape measure on the outside of them to find out

EGR fix is golden on the new mani, this is the 3rd one I have swapped in and everything works great this time.

The first one was a prototype, the second was the first attempt at an EGR fix; the problem there was everybody (including myself) had been overlooking the internal routing within the stock manifold runners that isn't immediatly apparent.

That is R&D progress though, WR has been very good taking my feedback and incorperating them into the final design. I am pretty happy that the end result is a product that works for everybody.

I readjusted my fuel trim, I feel more power now then right when I put it on. Run's great. Just need to make time for a real tuner to get it on the dot.

nice work, 1 more darn thing to but for the turbo setup.....any plans for a dyno run?
if u could prove decent gains, manny ppl would follow you on the path to enlightenment.. polished or blue anodizing its still sweet.
paint it brown for all I care.. decent gains = worth while

Well I didn't have a dyno for before the manifold so I can't tell you the gains. For now the butt dyno says(when the clutch grabs) it pulls harder. I've been getting more clutch slips with this manifold because mine can't handle it.
