I have weapon-r race headers ,skunk2 catback 50mm,injen sp1511 CAI,weapon-r intake manifold,gt spec crank pulley,password jdm plastic manifold gasket.

It's a TINY bit lean but nothing to worry about if you are n/a. The plugs look fine no worries.

Yeah those plugs look beautiful. As said before, though, to get a real idea of how you're running do a "plug chop" - this means to cut the ignition (or "chop") while your foot is still planted on the gas. Coast to a stop and pull the plugs. Even 3 seconds of idling can mess up your plug readings.
