why wouldn't you just buy a log manifold and put a block off plate so that you can run an internal wastegate.

yea. fuckin turbo i was given has a cracked exhaust side housing so i might just get a cheapo 250 dollar T25 to run.

Just make sure it has that 5 bolt pattern on the exducer side if you already have a corresponding downpipe.

Or you can switch to a 4-bolt MHI outlet if you wish, and then use a segregated wastegate recirc down pipe, which would help with boost creep through smoother flow and less back pressure.

Which would make your whole setup more efficient at the same boost, which is a good thing on pump gas.. especially if 91 octane is your only premium option, like in many parts of the country

 

send that turbo up here and i will weld that crack shut.
