It's a continuing process, my Exedy stage 2 racing clutch is slipping after only 11 000km's. Ordering an ACT one next. Also ordered new Endless MX72 pads and the side shafts need a recon as the one is leaking grease by the boot.

Apart from that the car has been awesome!

Next up is LSD, AEM Series-2 and a bit more boost

Hmmmm, not sure why I kept on saying I was getting an ACT clutch when I actually ordered a Clutch Masters clutch kit and flywheel...

Well one of the hold ups is the previous workshop managed to strip 4 of the 6 flywheel bolts. Picking up a new set from Honda on Monday. ARP was a little confused when trying to order a set from them for the Jazz...
The other hold up is one of my engine mounts is broken. Soooo I ordered a set of Innovative mounts (75a).

So the Jazz is here now for some much needed TLC...

Without giving too much away just yet it's getting a bit more than just maintenance

Ahh.... the Innovativemounts are NOT a simple . My trans mount had the wrong sized center shank, and the bracket for the passenger side just did not fit AT ALL. I ended up retrofitting the innovative bushing into the stock mount. Once I finally got them in there, SO worth it though!!!

Thanks for the tips, will see how it goes, hopefully I'll have better luck.

They arrived so I should be getting the car back next week

The one mounting was off by 25mm, not sure how Innovative releases a mount with such a big difference to the OEM mounting points...So I kept the one OEM mount in.

Still waiting to get my car back...

Oh and thanks viperpit07

Let me guess, passenger side mount? Same issue I had...

You CAN modify to OEM passenger mount to use the harder bushing though, and I HIGHLY recommend it as having one "weak" OE mount will blow it out quick!

Will keep an eye on that mount but I've been advised that all should be well.

The printer couldn't handle the dyno sheet, luckily all the important bits are legible :P. For reference, the initial line was when I dropped the car off. Pretty shocking I know.
2nd line (Red) was after the initial bugs were ironed out.
3rd line (Pink) is the final result on 0.6bar boost with adjusted timing and fueling where necessary. No detonation and MUCH smoother than before.

Love this build! What did you have to modify on the boomslang harness due to your car being SADM? I have a 1.3 idsi UKDM jazz that I want to turbo but can't find a suitable harness for a piggy back ecu so I was going to try modify the boomslang one

Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks Not much was modified to the harness if any, it's quite a while ago so it's a bit difficult to remember. 'SADM' is more closely related to EUDM/JDM Jazz's/Fit's from what I've seen, so chances are it'll be a direct plug and play for you as well. If not the harness is all there and needs minor adjustment if necessary.

I wish the Hondata Flashpro was an option for me
