Fit on nitrous!

Cool! I'm still not done with the intake myself. Been reading up a ton on intake acoustic resonance. I want to simulate the long tubed CAI intake mid range torque humps and have the top end of short rams. This link is one example of what I'm talking about. There's a LOT of information out there if/when you keep looking for it.
Tuning the Air box
I had a LONG post about it but had it deleted. It doesn't seem like enough energy on these boards for people to be remotely interested in this stuff.
You'll probably get this nitrous setup way before me though.
Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the info, good luck with your setup.
Just noticed Cold Fusion nitrous kits are a bit cheaper now and they include a bottle gauge. Quality is good too. I'm thinking I may go with a 5 lbs bottle due to the cost of nitrous being high here. For those interested: http://www.ebay.ca/ulk/itm/200277593149

Just an update for those reading this thread, I went with a dynotune kit (35-50-75 hp jets), with dynotune purge, heater & blowdown, a ZEX remote bottle opener, Summit Racing window switch. I use it sparingly, haven't gone through a full bottle yet but have tried all 3 hp settings. Checked the plugs and they are fine, rich but fine.

Nitrous is torque in a bottle! Below 5252 rpm, more torque is made than hp, and the formula is: nitrous hp shot x 5252/rpm. This is be cause the nitrous has a constant pressure of around 950 psi so at a low rpm more nitrous is being burned per combustion cycle. As the rpm increase, the nitrous is being burned faster (less volume per combustion cycle). So it feels super torque especially for a 1.5 l.
