auto to manual

hey guys I've been looking around here for awhile and haven't come across anyone who did it. I bought it new in '08 and the auto trans is starting to give problems and if i have to replace it I'm not going to put another a/t in it. I've done a/t to m/t swaps on 240's and civics. Just wondering if anyone has done it before. so far I've put together a part list of things I'm going to order soon.

M/T trans-$400
ECU- $80
pedal assembly-$80
buddy club short throw shift assembly-$159
New motor mounts with M/T mount-$90
Clutch kit-$169
Flywheel-$75
oil pan-$??
shift cables-??
Clutch master cyl-$??

Am i forgetting anything? and please keep neg comments to yourself. I bought this car out right back in '08 and plan on keeping i for a long time (mainly because the wife gets the new cars lol). I will also might be adding a turbo to it. Or a k swap but that wont be for a year. Right now my biggest issue is getting the tranny replaced

If I'm not mistaken there was a previous owner who did the AT to MT swap, but they also did a Franken K-Swap in the process too. He owned his own shop, so I'm sure that helped a bit.

Good Luck, and post updates.

Thx fitstir, I plan on doing a full write up when I do it , also might check my local junk yards for the tranny, they charge 125 for a tranny so that's a lot better then 400. Went to autozone today and axles are 100 each and if you bring yours to them you get 35 back so I'll be picking those up next week along with the ecu

thinking about motor swapping an AT fit L15a1 to an MT car. The MT motor is shot and I found a cheap AT motor, what is needed beyond the new pan?
