Help bad window tinting job!!!

I got my windows tinted this past Friday and waited until today (Tuesday) to roll them down, like you're supposed to. When I rolled them down, the rubber trim right next to the inside of the window stuck to the tint and folded down when I rolled the windows down. I rolled them down and up a few times and managed to get most of the rubber trim unstuck but now there's parts of the trim that are bent and out of shape. I highly doubt these can be fixed and I will need them replaced. Furthermore, on the passenger side, part of the interior where the cloth connects to the rubber trim has come off.

I called my salesman and he said to bring it up to the dealership and the mechanics would look at it and decide if it will be covered by warranty or not. I doubt it will be covered.

If I take it back to the tinting place they'll offer to try and fix it but they're the ones that screwed it up in the first place!

Anyone have any suggestions?

i say make the tint shop take care of you. sounds like the tint is also somewhat messed up. generally they'll put heat on the edges to not do that so it's definitely their responsibility.

Yea I agree that its the tint shop's responsibility. I already took the car to Honda for an estimate to show them. We'll see what happens.
