shake and bake baby!
i have done it a couple times, but not on the fit head lights. basically bake it at around 200 degrees for about 10- 15 mins to soften the glue, then pry it open. if the glue is still not soft enough leave the headlight in there for a little longer.
I took my Fit lights apart to paint but did not use the oven method.. I have tried that with other cars before but did not work out that well. Instead I used a heatgun, and went around the seam slowly, and got it apart.
