They have to be the same man. You just don't see the mesh on the painted one, that's the only difference I can think of. I'll take pics of the piece as soon as I get my hands on it Who knows, more people might want it because of me and then I'll feel like I made a difference on USDM Fit owners' lives lol

edit: I'd be happy with either grille, if they are indeed different. They're similar enough to not worry me :P
