Audio Cables

Hi there. Does anybody knows what that cable connecting both stereo modules does?
Also, any clues on what the connector circled in yellow is for?
This belongs to a 2009 Honda Fit/Jazz

Looks like that small box should be the "USB adapter", the plug circled is a 5 pin (4 pins plus a shield) that connects to the aux. USB port (in the upper glovebox -US/Can.)

yah, i believe it was the usb connector harness. its been a while since i saw that HU so can't remember exactly.

i had an aftermarket doubledin in my '12 GE using factory bezel and trims. was nice.

There used to be an iPod option you could buy for the fit stereo.
