HID Headlight/Foglight Issue

I have the Xenith Xenon setup for my headlights and foglights and they are an awesome setup.

I have one concern though, when i turn them on they are the nomal brightness for brief moment but then they fade down real dim and then progress back to where they should be within 3-5 seconds and then stay the proper brightness the rest of the time they are on.

Is this normal for this setup?
Did i hook something up wrong?
Is there something i can do to stop this or is this how it is supposed to be and i should not worry?

Any insight would be great!

HIDs need to power up to full light. It is normal. If you notice as they warm up they change color too. Mine when I first turn on are BLUE.. then turn white.

Yup...same here. Mine also are bright for a split second, then dim and slowly brighten and change colors.
