There should only be one way to install the bulb, once its in its in. you shouldnt be able to rotate it.



in regards to the other comment, idk what makes my kit different from anyone elses but mine are not blinding at all....

 

im pretty sure its inward. than again, i re-adjusted mine(DDM Tuning 5000K hi/low) countless times for perfection. i have noticed that the driver side lights up a little faster, and better. i wonder why??? may be the grounding...
