No, you do not. You'll see what I'm talking about as soon as you open your driver's door.

Aftef seeing your post I ordered a set. Did you have any problems getting the locking ring to secure the bulb and any problems with the dust cap being too small?

I didnt provide the link...that was another member.

But I did try to buy from Amazon and they were sold out of the H4. They said they'll have it in 3 or 4 days.

I bought the fan LEDs from Beamtech and just got it installed (got it off eBay). Sort of a PIA if you have large hands. And you'll need to invert the existing dust caps to make it fit (which is extremely clever of Honda to provide).

Otherwise, it looks great and theres no noise coming from the fan.

I am leery of plopping LED bulbs into reflector housings designed for halogen bulbs. :-(

Is there anything in the GK5 world that is a whole replacement assembly, a complete kit designed for either Bi-Xenon HID or LED?

In 2002, when I had a Honda EP3 Si for a daily driver, we sourced some German headlight assemblies with Bi-Xenon HID, and it helped tremendously, and everything worked perfectly without having to worry about glare or beam adjustment or anything else.
