Rear seat belt

Angry Rear seat belt

Hello all please help i tied my dog up in the back left side of the car flip the seat down . i used the latch part of the seat the metal peice that locks the seat in with metal chain .and he ate the )(&&%# seat belt anyway half way through.Called the deal they want 277$ plus tax this is for the part only.How hard is it to remove ? i have to buy the intire setup is there a way to unwind it and put in a new strap only? help me please.Thanks

Do the rear seatbelts have the pretensioners in them? If so, I suspect you'll want to be careful if you do try to pull it apart!

you WILL hurt yourself if you attempt to take apart the seatbelt pretension system, you should replace the whole thing, do as they said, either buy it new, or get a replacement from a junkyard/recycling center.

Once you take apart the trunk lining, it's pretty easy, as the seatbelt assembly is just 2 bolts, but the hard work is the lining.

is there any other honda that uses the same belt that i can get there isnt any in the junk yards that i have called
