s2000 seats and upholstery

so in my quest for some new seats i realized that i had left out the option of the oem s2000 seats. if you dont know what they look like here is a picture...

they are pretty damn comfortable, not to mention made by honda and if you look around you can catch a good deal on them. my only questions are what kind of seat rails do you all think it would take to make these fit in our cars and what the average cost would be to have a seat like this reupholstered with one solid colored fabric.

Custom rails for sure to mount it. A good reupholstry will be at about $400... For the price just get some Aftermarkets... itll be about the same price.

Ocupation Position Detection System.. It can sense the weight on the passenger seat and turn the Passenger side airbags on and off accordignly

geez that is ridiculous. after seeing so much about s2k seats being stolen i told my self that is i ever got my hands on one it would have to be hard top (duh! hard top s2k's are just that more sexy) and that i would do as much as i could to secure/mark the seats to prove they were mine. i think if i had the money for it i would have one of those chips that are used for tracking game and doing research on animals implanted into each seat so if they were ever stolen i could locate them.

i actually looked into the whole gps tracking device thing and there is some affordable devices that are availible to the public and small enough to be put inside of a seat.

The red and black scheme are actually pretty rare. You could sell them and get regular single colored s2k seats and still have couple hundred left over.
