I've searched and searched and I can't find the answer to my question, so I hope someone here might be able to give some input. I have a 2009 Honda Fit Sport /without Navi/. Is there any way to buy the steering audio controls (just the controls, the ones from the Navi Sport), install them, and hook them up to the stock radio? Or are there ANY aftermarket steering wheel audio controls that will work? If you look at the Sport /without Navi/ steering wheel, you can see that there is an indented space on the left side, where the audio controls should be located, if it was a Navi Sport.

 

different head units, you'd have to check the non navi headunit to see if there's an input... you can get aftermarket to work with it, you just need to get the right adapter

 

how does this work, i got an avic f90bt and would love steering wheel controls for it, anybody done this?

 

do you have a gd or a ge? if you have a gd, you would have to buy the part with the buttons and wire up a pac adapter to the aftermarket headunit, there are more details in the steering wheel control sticky
