Steering wheel controls with aftermarket navi
So I am interested in installing the jvc kw-nt700 in my GE. I'm wondering if there's anyway for it to work with the Bluetooth buttons on my steering wheel.
Or, if I could even keep the handsfreelink system, as it looks like the Bluetooth box is under my dash and separate from the stock radio unit.
Any help would be appreciated

Though I'm not 100% on your OEM bluetooth stuff, usually the buttons on the steering wheel will interface with the aftermarket radio by using an Axxess ASWC or PAC SWI. These will tie on to the OEM wiring and work with the port (or wire in some cases) for the aftermarket radio.

Thanks. So something like this? PAC SWI-JACK Steering Wheel Control Module Designed for Clarion, Kenwood, Alpine, JVC and Blaupunkt:Amazon:Automotive
I only have Bluetooth controls (answer and hang up) on my steering wheel so that's all I would need.

Yes that's what you would need, but I will warn you that not all aftermarket radios will accept the signal from the SWI. The Kenwood that I have installed in my wife's Subaru accepts all of the commands from the OEM controls except the phone commands. My wife is not that happy but likes everything else about the new versus the factory radio. PAC has a list of possible functions for each radio manufacturer that I would refer to before I make the final purchase.
